Return Policy

1. General Return Guidelines

El Adham Distributors strives for 100% satisfaction with every wholesale order. However, due to the nature of our wholesale distribution model, returns are handled strictly and are subject to the following guidelines:

  • Final Sale: All sales are considered final unless the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or the result of a shipping error on our part.
  • Approval Required: No returns will be accepted without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by El Adham Distributors.
  • Time Limit: All requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within [10] days of the confirmed delivery date.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return (RMA Required)

We only accept returns for the following conditions:

A. Damaged in Transit Note on Delivery Receipt & Photo Proof ust be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery. See Section 4.
B. Defective Product Detailed Description & Photo/Video Proof Applies to manufacturing defects. Does not cover normal wear and tear or misuse.
C. Shipping Error Comparison to Original Purchase Order (PO) If you received the wrong item, quantity, or variant that differs from your original PO.

3. Return Procedure (How to Request an RMA)

To initiate a return or exchange request, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at [Your Email Address] with the subject line: "RMA Request - Order # [Your Order Number]".
  2. Provide Documentation: In the email, include:
    • Your Company Name and Contact Information.
    • Original Purchase Order (PO) Number.
    • Detailed reason for the return (A, B, or C above).
    • High-quality photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Receive RMA: If your return is approved, we will issue a unique RMA number and provide detailed instructions, including the return shipping address.
  4. Shipping: The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of all returning boxes. Ship the items back using a trackable shipping service. Packages returned without a valid RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.

4. Specific Guidelines for Damaged Shipments

As outlined in our Shipping Policy, you must inspect all items immediately upon delivery:

  • Refusal: If the damage is extensive, you may refuse the damaged portion of the shipment and note the refusal on the delivery receipt.
  • Concealed Damage: If damage is discovered after the carrier has left (concealed damage), you must notify us within [48 hours] of delivery to allow for a carrier claim. Claims filed outside this window may be denied.

5. Refunds and Credit

  • Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Resolution: Approved returns will be processed in the form of a credit applied to your wholesale account or a refund to your original method of payment, at our discretion.
  • Processing Time: Credits or refunds are typically processed within [7-14] business days after the returned goods have been successfully inspected.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are strictly not eligible for return, credit, or exchange:

  • Items returned without a valid RMA number.
  • Items returned after the [10]-day return window.
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper display, or poor warehousing.
  • Clearance or Closeout items (Final Sale).
  • Products not in their original, resalable condition and packaging.
