El Adham Distributors Return Policy
Effective Date: November 2025
El Adham Distributors strives for 100% satisfaction with every wholesale order. However, due to the nature of wholesale distribution, returns are handled strictly and are subject to the guidelines below.
1. General Return Guidelines
All return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the confirmed delivery date. This means customers have 3 calendar days after receiving the order to request a return.
Return requests submitted after the 3-day return window will not be accepted.
All returns must be pre-approved by El Adham Distributors. No return will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization, also known as an RMA number.
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from the approved refund or account credit.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an approved El Adham Distributors error, such as a defective item, damaged shipment, or incorrect item shipped.
To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused, unworn, with tags if applicable, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase, invoice, or purchase order information is required.
Items sent back without first requesting and receiving approval from El Adham Distributors will not be accepted.
2. Final Sale Policy
All sales are considered final unless the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or the result of a shipping error by El Adham Distributors.
Returns, exchanges, refunds, or credits are not guaranteed and are subject to review and approval.
3. Product Information, Sizing, and Listing Accuracy
El Adham Distributors strives to provide customers with the necessary product information at the time of purchase, including product descriptions, available specifications, sizing details, photos, variations, materials, and other relevant listing information whenever applicable.
Product size, appearance, design, color, features, packaging, and general product integrity are represented through the product listing, product descriptions, and product photos provided at the time of purchase. Customers are responsible for reviewing all available product information before placing an order.
A return request will not be approved solely because a customer did not review the listed product information, expected a different size, misunderstood the product dimensions, or changed their mind after purchase. Product size, appearance, design, and general product characteristics shown or described in the listing cannot be used as the sole basis for return unless the item received is materially different from what was ordered, defective, damaged in transit, or shipped in error by El Adham Distributors.
4. Eligible Reasons for Return
El Adham Distributors only accepts return requests for the following reasons:
A. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, the damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt at the time of delivery whenever possible. Photo or video proof may be required.
B. Defective Product
If the product has a manufacturing defect, you must provide a detailed description of the defect along with clear photographic or video evidence. This does not apply to normal wear and tear, misuse, improper storage, improper handling, or damage caused after delivery.
C. Shipping Error
If you receive the wrong item, wrong quantity, or wrong product variant compared to your original purchase order or invoice, you must contact us within the 3-day return window so we can review the issue.
5. How to Request a Return

Your email should include the following:
Your company name and contact information
Original purchase order, invoice number, or order number
Detailed reason for the return
Photos or videos showing the issue, if applicable
Description of whether the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise being requested for return
If your return request is approved, El Adham Distributors will issue an RMA number and provide return instructions.
The RMA number must be clearly written on the outside of all returning boxes. Items returned without a valid RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
Returns must be shipped using a trackable shipping service unless otherwise instructed by El Adham Distributors.

6. Return Shipping Responsibility
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs for approved returns unless El Adham Distributors determines that the return is due to our error, including an incorrect item shipped, an approved defective product claim, or an approved damaged shipment claim.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved in writing by El Adham Distributors.
El Adham Distributors is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address by the carrier. Customers are strongly encouraged to use a trackable shipping service and retain proof of shipment until the return has been received and processed.
7. Damaged Shipment Guidelines
Customers are responsible for inspecting all items immediately upon delivery.
If damage is visible at the time of delivery, it should be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt. If the damage is extensive, you may refuse the damaged portion of the shipment and note the refusal with the carrier.
If damage is discovered after the carrier has left, also known as concealed damage, you must notify El Adham Distributors within 48 hours of delivery. Claims filed outside this 48-hour window may be denied because carrier claim eligibility may be affected.
8. Restocking Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
The restocking fee will be deducted from the approved refund or wholesale account credit. El Adham Distributors reserves the right to waive or adjust the restocking fee at its sole discretion in writing.
9. Refunds and Credits
Once the returned item is received and inspected, El Adham Distributors will notify you whether the return has been approved or rejected.
Approved returns may be processed as a credit to your wholesale account or as a refund to the original payment method, at the discretion of El Adham Distributors.
Approved credits or refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Please note that banks and credit card companies may require additional time to process and post refunds.

10. Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to request a return for the original item within the 3-day return window. Once the return is reviewed and accepted, a separate purchase may be made for the new item.
Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to approval, product availability, and the condition of the returned goods.
11. Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, credit, or exchange:
Items returned without a valid RMA number
Items returned after the 3-day return window
Items not in original, unused, resalable condition
Items missing original packaging, tags, parts, manuals, or accessories
Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper display, improper handling, or poor warehousing
Returns requested due to customer misunderstanding of product size, appearance, color, design, or features when such information was represented in the listing or product photos
Clearance, closeout, sale, or final-sale items
Gift cards
Custom products, special orders, or personalized items
Perishable goods, including food, flowers, or plants
Personal care goods, beauty products, or similar hygiene-sensitive items
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
