  • Inventory Availability: All Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any Product at any time.

  • Order Confirmation: Receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing: Prices for our Products are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but in the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Return Policy: We accept returns of unopened and unused Products within 14 days of delivery.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to all approved returns unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, you must contact us at eladhamdist@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EL ADHAM DISTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
