This 5.5 qt roasting set includes one enamel-coated carbon steel pan, one fitted oval lid and one removable chrome-plated roasting rack. The rack raises food above the bottom of the pan, allowing drippings to collect underneath while poultry, roasts and vegetables cook. The black finish features a classic white-speckled enamel coating, and the oval shape provides room for a variety of oven-prepared meals.
